Colt Properties plan to open a garden nursery in the valley to provide mature trees and established plants for new gardens. The nursery will provide skilled garden design and landscaping for homes in the valley, promoting plants indigenous to the area.

In addition, the nursery will provide protection for the three species of rare wild orchids growing in the valley.
