The old mansion situated in the hub of the village area will be restored and converted into a Boutique Hotel. The existing mature gardens of cypress and orange trees will be landscaped to provide small seating areas where guests can relax. Ancient grape vines will be preserved to provide cooling shade on the spacious outside terraces.
